it's not first malaysian linux distro. there many malaysian linux distro but not maintain well and leak of some most important part, which is installer. And if you guys serious about making linux distro, why not try from scratch rather than based-on other distro and make it as a live cd and point part by part how to install on hard drive. Don't misunderstood about my word. This is not condemn comment, it's more like "i want see something wow" from malaysia linux development.

Yeah... this version is WELL MAINTAINED... sure, it is a LIVE cd, or can become a PERSISTENT os... simply burn it to the disk and run it by entering the bootmenu (F8, DEL or F1 on the first boot) or you can install it to hard disk by following the guide... We should be proud with our distro, which is well maintained and well funded by a Non-profit orgs, which are willing to host these files...

i am using BitComet for torrents and normal files.. :D but i already downloaded a few parts.. need to save my bandwidth:p u r using Celcom3G too? The speed is not that bad, but when u exceed the fair usage policy, then u will get very slow speed... >.<
no.... I mean, the normal speed... I only get a 57K speed, lebih baik gunakan TM 1515 dialup... if the speed is controlled, i'll get 15K speed, baik saya pakai GPRS ke... WAP ke...
yeah, but since my neighbor give me permission to access their wifi, it is,like MELETHOP, something like that, thee used the 4MBPS Streamyx one... so I get the 100-900KBPS download speed, and never lower than that...
hahahaha... when you done, try it... make sure you use winrar to extract them to put in a USB drive (refer installations guide for more info)... or an iso burner such as Nero et cetera.... and burn to blank cd... hidup 1Malaysia... (jangan kritik, we are such a newbie distro, don't take it so hard as other amateur developments...)
No worries, i don't like to give out critics... I am downloading my 22th part :p When i am done, i will install it on my pendrive... and i have been using winrar since 2006.. hahaha...
download complete! will test it out tonight... just had a sudden test =.='' so sad >.< i ran it on Virtual PC, looks nice, this is my first time using the XCFE interface... normally i only use GNOME or KDE.. :D
thanks for your support, anyway, if you want to run KDE inside XFCE, it can be done by opening XTERM and type STARTKDE.... see the screenshot we have added...
well, its our beginning of Linux Distribution, we will soon add BAHASA MELAYU and COMPIZ FUSION 3D DWM, as it will make the distro no longer SIMPLE but complicated but Easier to use....
So... I am rather pleased with this.. :D Cuz all the apps work out fine, (better than when i compiled it myself :p) So u r trying to implement BM into this distro eh? Remember to include a nice Malaysian flag as a wallpaper~ ^^ New name suggestion... 1Linux? just like 1Malaysia... haha

Is there a way to boot from USB?
Yeas absolutely.... extract the content of iso to your pendrive and launch Boot/Bootinst.bat/sh on the pendrive....
